PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contents from becoming unavailable to its end against user's intention as a result when a user performs an operation such as temporary stop or rewinding.

SOLUTION: A content use time indicating an available time is set to the contents. A content reproduction management part 811 manages the utilization situation of the contents and a rewinding limit position. In such a case, the rewinding limit position is a position where the contents become unavailable to the end as a result when the user performs the rewinding operation. When the user tries the rewinding to a spot before the rewinding limit position, for example, the content reproduction management part 811 notifies the user of an alert message beforehand.
