<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem, to realize comfortable transmitting environment without any sense of users that a user cannot momentarily determine the present communication condition, connection condition of each apparatus and using condition or the like when each AV apparatus is connected to form a wireless network, and that confusion will occur because a user cannot know which application can be executed comfortably under the present communicating condition. <P>SOLUTION: The wireless image transmitting and receiving system comprises a display unit, a control unit, and an image transmitting unit. The control unit further comprises a first transmitting condition detecting means for detecting the transmission throughput between the display unit and control unit and that between the image transmitting unit and control unit, a first transmission determining means for determining possibility of transmission of image data based on the transmission throughput detected by the transmitting condition detecting means, and a control means for controlling switching of the connection among the display unit, control unit, and image transmitting unit based on the result of the first transmission determining means. The transmitting throughput corresponding to each application can be obtained through automatic switching to the communication mode corresponding to the present communication condition among AV devices to form the wireless network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
