<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a television receiver installed in a room where a user is present to an AV apparatus installed in an alternate room to which a remote control is incapable of actuating its control, and to control the AV apparatus outputting the images or sounds of the AV apparatus to the television receiver. <P>SOLUTION: The AV apparatus C01 is connected to the television receiver B01 through a network D01 capable of transmitting digital information in a bidirectional way, and remote control signals transmitted from a remote control transmitter A01 provided to the television receiver B01 are converted to a control command by which the television receiver B01 controls the AV apparatus C01, whereby the AV apparatus C01 can be remote-controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
