<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gift coupon which enables a user to purchase any desired gift without caring for its denomination and to provide an issuing system thereof and a system for using it. <P>SOLUTION: A purchaser of the gift coupon uses a terminal 5 to register a payment means, terms of use, a password, and a destination in a server 1. The server 1 (issuer) issues the gift coupon printed with a gift coupon number in the form of a characteristic sign and its terms of use with no denomination printed, and sends it to the registered user. The user who has received the gift coupon logs in to the server 1 from a store's terminal 4 upon purchasing goods at a store, and when the user inputs the number of the gift coupon and information on the goods purchased, the server 1 requests the password and makes payment for the goods using the previously registered payment means once the password is inputted accurately. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
