<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service mediation system in which a side requesting a service and a side providing the service can highly accurately match service contents. <P>SOLUTION: Service requester terminal equipment 101 requesting the service, service provider terminal equipment 102 providing the service and a service mediation device 103 mediating the service are connected through a communication network 104, and the side requesting the service and the side providing it are connected by retrieving data about the service contents stored in an information storage part 132. The service mediation device 103 removes the barrier of languages between the requester and provider of the service in its translation processing part 136, also uses electronic mail as a communication means in an electronic mail processing part 135 and thus searches a target service in a form which gratifies requests more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
