<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a spherical bearing capable of smooth rotation of a ball portion to an outside member after molding in a simple method, completely eliminating a gap between the ball portion and a resin liner, and maintaining a favorable slide contact condition between the ball portion and the resin liner for a long term. <P>SOLUTION: This method is the manufacturing method of the spherical bearing provided with an inside member having the metallic ball portion 10 and an outside member 2 having a ball receiving portion 20 for holding the ball portion 10 of the inside member and connected with the inside member. An injection molding is performed with the ball portion 10 of the inside member inserted into a die by forming it as a core to form a resin liner 3 for covering the ball portion 10. The outside member 2 for covering the resin liner 3 is formed by molding in which the ball portion 10 and the resin liner 3 are inserted in the die forming them as a core, and the resin liner 3 for covering the ball portion 10 is heated through the ball portion 10 of the inner side member after completion of the molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
