<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kerosene fuel vaporizer for a fuel cell which vaporizes the kerosene fuel avoiding kerosene fuel carbonization trouble for a long time by evaporating/mixing the kerosene fuel and water vapor using same vaporizer, and to provide the vaporizing method. <P>SOLUTION: The vaporizer vaporizes/mixes the kerosene fuel and the water vapor and supplies it to a reformer which generates fuel gas including hydrogen using it. Then the fuel gas is supplied to the fuel cell. The vaporizer comprises a tubular body whose one end is used as an entrance and other end is used as an exit, a water supply tube which is introduced into the inside of the body from the entrance of the body, a kerosene supply tube which is introduced into the deeper inside of the body than the water supply tube from the entrance of the body, particulate body which is filled in supply mouths of the water supply tube and the kerosene supply tube in the inside of the body, and a heater which is disposed around outer surface of the body.
