<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inner lead bonding equipment which requires only a small driving force for moving a tool in a horizontal direction, and prevents generation of dusts. <P>SOLUTION: The inner lead bonding equipment comprises a vertically movable tool holder 10 to which a tool 6 is fixed, a spring 12 for biasing the tool 6 upward, a tool holder guide member 11 for vertically guiding the tool holder 10, a tool pressing member 26 for pressing the tool holder 10, and vertically driving means 23, 24, 25 for vertically driving the tool pressing member 26. A stopper 10a is provided at the tool holder 10 in contact with the tool holder guide member 11 for limiting an uppermost position. When the tool 6 is moved in a horizontal direction being driven by a driver 13 for holding the tool holder 10, the stopper 10a of the tool holder 10 is brought into contact with the tool holder guide member 11 being biased by the spring 12, with the tool pressing member 26 apart from the tool holder 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
