<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system for easily grasping regulations or the division of duties by associating them in a report. <P>SOLUTION: This information management system 1, which is configured to manage the information of an organization constituted of the division of duties decided by regulations, is provided with a recording means 5 for recording the corresponding relation of the division of duties decided by the regulations and the division contents, a selection means 3 for selecting the division of duties, an extraction means 6 for extracting the division contents having the corresponding relation with the division of duties selected by the selection means 3 from the recording means 5, a report format forming means for forming a report format by fetching the division contents extracted by the extracting means 6 and a report format output means 4 for outputting a formed report format. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
