<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a better outer appearance by covering the outer wall surface of a parapet and provide a handrail having a good workability when washing the outer wall surface of the parapet. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of posts 5 erected from the parapet 3 with certain intervals between the posts; panels 7 are provided at the outer side of the parapet 3; panel frames 9 holding the panel 7 by attaching to the right and left of the panel 7 and a connecting portion 15 attaching the panel frames 9 to the posts 5 in a freely rotating manner are provided; the connecting portion 15 has horizontal rods 27 and 29 and are provided at the upper portion of the posts; the panel 7 is attached to the panel frame 9 with bolts or screws and covers the outer wall surface 4 of the parapet 3; and the panel can be removed from the panel frame 9 by sliding the panel 7 upward after removing bolts or screws and sliding the panel 7 upward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
