发明名称 FRICTION OBJECT MEMBER COATED WITH HARD FILM
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction object member having improvedμ-V characteristic by improving a friction coefficient in a high speed region and additionally reducing a friction coefficient in a low speed region without receiving the influences of lubricating oil. SOLUTION: The friction object member 10 has a base material 30 coated with a hard film 20 which has an elastic deformation rate (an elastic range) to the maximum push-in depth being 50% or more in load displacement characteristic with a load of 1-50 mN. The elastic range of the hard film is set to be 50% or more, whereby the high friction coefficient in the high speed region and the low friction coefficient in the low speed region are compatibly attained without receiving the influences of the lubricating oil and its deterioration to maintainμ-V characteristic at a positive gradient for a long period. With the maintenance ofμ-V characteristic at the positive gradient, friction vibration is suppressed to avoid the problems with vibration and unusual sounds. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
