PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building low in cost, easy to transport and provided with a space large enough to put a vehicle in and out even from a short side direction to increase the degree of freedom in the installed direction and room arrangement of a building unit. SOLUTION: This unit building H comprises a first building unit 2; a lower floor structure (the first floor) provided with two posts or a frame 4 erected in a position separated from the first building unit 2; and an upper floor structure (the second floor) provided with a second building unit 5 laid on the first building unit 2 and the two posts or frame 4.
