PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy change of measuring wavelength in addition to a structure as simple as two color irradiation single-plate thermometer. SOLUTION: The incident light L1 which comes from a measuring object 11 is branched into two by the prism 14 which has two waves of optional features,λ1,λ2, limiting its wavelength. Through the wavelength selection filters 17, 18 further prepared for crosstalk prevention, and the image formations are made to carry out as for the image corresponding toλ1 and the image corresponding toλ2 of the identical image 1, respectively on two areas not overlapped one euphotic face of CCD 10. And temperature distribution is calculated from the two images formed by separation of the pixel signals which are read out from CCD10.
