PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fluctuation of a voltage level serving as a reference. SOLUTION: A comparison means 110 compares an output signal from a magnetic sensor for detecting an engine speed with the first or second threshold voltage to output a comparison result. A switching means 140 conducts an ON-OFF operation in response to the output from the comparison means 110. A comparison voltage is varied between the the first and second threshold voltages to provide a hysteresis, by turning the switching means 140 on when the output of the comparison means 110 changes. Wiring LG1 for supplying the first threshold voltage to the comparison means 110 made independent of a GND wiring LG2 connected to other circuit, and is connected directly to a GND terminal TG connected to an external GND connected to the magnetic sensor 220.
