PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor ventilation fan, inexpensive, safe and simply fitted without entry into a building for fitting work of an underfloor ventilation fan and without the cutting and removing of a metallic grid for preventing birds and animals from entering an underfloor ventilation opening of a foundation. SOLUTION: This underfloor ventilation fan is so constructed that a ventilation fan 3, a safety device 4, a time switch 5 and so on are mounted in one box, whereby since the mounting holes 13 are bored in the foundation of a building, works can be all performed from the outside of the building, so it is possible to provide an automatic underfloor ventilation fan, inexpensive, safe and simplifying fitting and maintenance.
