PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance of a joint with its outer peripheral face less projecting in sense and prevent easy fall-off of a fixture. SOLUTION: Insertion holes 10 are made in both circumferential ends of a band plate shaped fastening band 3 expandable in the radial direction whose circumferential portion is cut off to strand over and cover a connection portion of a duct 2 to be connected. In each insertion hole 10, a fixing piece 4b protruded outward on a base plate 4a of the fixture 4 is inserted from the inner face side to the outer peripheral face side in such a manner that the base plate 4a is located between the duct 2 and the fastening band 3, and the fixing pieces 4b are fastened to each other with a fastening bolt 5 and a female screw member 8.
