PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of an accident when opening a door to the outdoor side. SOLUTION: This damper hinge has a fixed side cylinder member mounted to an opening frame through a mounting plate; a rotating shaft inserted in an oil chamber of the cylinder member; and a movable side rotating shaft member mounted to the hanging side of the door through a mounting plate. The cylinder member has a partitioning projection piece part forming an oil passage orifice of a cylindrical oil chamber between an outer peripheral wall of an insertion part of the rotating shaft and an inner peripheral wall of the cylinder member, while the outer peripheral wall of the rotating shaft is formed with blade-like protruding parts for pressing oil in the cylindrical oil chamber to generate oil pressure at least when the door is pushed open based on a person who opens the door.
