PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device for a water shut-off valve, which can reduce the height of the water shut-off valve to the utmost when the water shut-off valve is mounted on a floor etc. SOLUTION: A flange part 25 is formed on an outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical device body 2. The flange part 25 is fixed to a top surface of the floor F by means of a screw B. An annular protrusion 26 is formed on an inner peripheral surface of a through-hole 24 of the device body 2. A top surface of the annular protrusion 26 serves as a fixing surface 26a. A lower end of a valve body 31 of the valve 3 is inserted into the through-hole 24 on an upside with respect to the fixing surface 26a. A fixing member 4 is fitted into the outer peripheral surface of the lower end of the valve body 31 in a turnable and vertically movable manner. A lower end of the fixing member 4 is screwed into a female screw part 24a which is formed in an inner peripheral surface of an upper end of the through-hole 24 of the device body 2. The fastening of the fixing member 4 makes an abutting surface 41 thereof pressed against an engaging surface 51b of a holding member 51, and makes a head part 51 pressed against and fixed to the fixing surface 26 via a packing 72.
