PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a method and a device for improving abrasive flow in shot peening, blast cleaning, and similar devices. SOLUTION: The abrasive flow is optimized by carrying abrasive via a flow path 14 between an abrasive storage hopper 12 and a treatment room 20 and by impressing an AC electric signal to an electromagnetic coil 24 wound around the flow path.
