PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer control device free to actuate without requiring previous checking, adding, changing, etc. of an NC program to control and drive a transfer body driving device for working, measurement, etc. by performing a reaction set-off by finding a mass ratio based on weight of a transfer body and weight-compensating a speed characteristic including acceleration of a counter linear motor on the device provided with the counter linear motor for reaction set-off on a linear motor driven positioning device. SOLUTION: A counter transfer body is transferred and positioned at a specified position free to move before actually starting a previously read program block in the case when a position of the counter transfer body is more than transferable transfer quantity by discriminating whether the position of the counter transfer body is the transferable transfer quantity by reading the transfer program block in advance, providing positions of a starting point and a terminal point of transfer and a data of the transfer direction and computing the transfer quantity.
