PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide scissors with a high commodity value in which a plurality of blade bodies with sizes and shapes fitted to usages can be easily selected and exchanged. SOLUTION: The scissors comprises an opening and closing operating part wherein the tip parts of a pair of rod-like members 1 and 2 are pivoted, and by relatively rotating the other rod-like member 2 positioned on one side of one rod-like member 1 to a position of the other side around this tip pivoted part 3 as a support, the opening and closing operating part can be turned reversely, and a pinching and cutting part 6 which is under a projected condition to the tip side more than the tip pivoted part 3 and is actuated by the opening and closing operation of the opening and closing operating part. The pinching and cutting part 6 is composed of the first pinching and cutting part 6A which is projected to the tip side more than the tip pivoted part 3, and the second pinching and cutting part 6B which is projected to the tip side more than the tip pivoted part 3 when the opening and closing operating part is turned reversely.
