PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device pushingly stimulating comfortable parts of the soles of a person getting tired due to a labor or sports by freely selecting and pushing recesses/projections according to the size and width of individual feet, being usable in having a shower, and simultaneously washing away dirt on the feet and dirt stuck to projections such as stones and gravel cleanly. SOLUTION: This sole stimulating/washing device is provided with a circumferential wall part 3 in the whole end of its bottom part 1 and the projecting/recessed parts 2 so as to make the stones and gravel hardly move. This device is further provided with hole parts 4 in corners where the circumferential wall part 3 connecting to the bottom part 1 intersects with each other and disposed with the projections 5 such as the stones and gravel in a vessel.
