PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic treatment apparatus with a structure which makes the operation of loading or unloading the jaw easier and clearer. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic treatment apparatus has an ultrasonic treatment device. The ultrasonic treatment device includes a vibration transmission member (ultrasonic probe) which transmits the ultrasonic vibrations generated by an ultrasonic vibrator to treat the biological tissues, a jaw 51 which is rotatably supported facing the vibration transmission member to grasp the biological tissues between it and the vibration transmission member and a jaw holding member 52 for holding the jaw 51. The ultrasonic treatment device is provided with a pivot part 56 for pivoting the jaw 51 on the jaw holding member 52 while the jaw holding member 52 is made elastically deformable to detachably mount the jaw 51 on the pivot part 56.
