PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic treatment apparatus which can improve a strength and reliability along with a higher precision by eliminating the separate jaw holding member for the simplified combination of the jaw. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic treatment apparatus has an ultrasonic treatment device. The ultrasonic treatment device includes a vibration transmission member which transmits the ultrasonic vibrations generated from an ultrasonic vibrator to treat the biological tissues, a jaw 51 which is rotatably supported facing the vibration transmission member to grasp the biological tissues between it and the vibration transmission member and a cannula of an insertion part formed tubularly to hold the jaw 51 on the tip side thereof. The cannula of the insertion part is one tubular member in which a jaw holding part 52 is formed on the tip side thereof alone. The jaw 51 is provided with a protrusion part 61 at the lower part on the base end side thereof as a pivot shaft 60 to be engaged in a pivot hole 52c of the jaw holding part 52. Moreover, in the jaw 51, a spherical fitting part 62 made slidably spherical to be fitted near the perimeter of the pivot hole 52c is provided on the base part of the protrusion part 61.
