PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the higher washing capacity for reducing uneven washing by a method wherein the bubbles are generated from the dissolved washing solution and gathered into a bubble chamber and pumped up to be splashed to the washing within the inner tub from above in a washing machine which exhausts the bubbles from above the washing. SOLUTION: The inner tub 2 holding the washing is rotatably housed in an outer tub 1 and is driven to rotate with a motor 9. A bubble chamber 14 is formed on the internal surface of the outer tub 1. The bubbles are generated in the washing solution between the inner tub 2 and the outer tub 1 with the rotation of the inner tub 2, gathered into the bubble chamber 14 generated at the upper part of the washing solution and pumped up to be exhausted into the inner tub 2 from above.
