PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation structure for simultaneously carrying out the on-off operation of longitudinally seedling-sending operations of a lateral edge seedling-carrying part 25a and a neighboring seedling-carrying part 25b in a seedling-transplanting device having a one-way clutch 63 attached to the longitudinally seedling-sending shaft 62 between the lateral edge seedling-carrying part 25a of a seedling-carrying platform 25, and the neighboring seedling-carrying part 25b neighboring to the lateral edge seedling-carrying part 25a, and a longitudinally sending driven shaft 64 for rotatably operating a longitudinally seedling-sending shaft 62 by contacting with an input part 63a of the one-way clutch 63 to transmit the power when the seedling-carrying platform 25 reaches the laterally sending stroke end. SOLUTION: A longitudinally sending clutch 70a for transmitting the power of the longitudinally sending driven shaft 64 to a longitudinally seedling-sending belt 61 of the lateral edge seedling-carrying part 25a, and cutting the transmission, and a longitudinally sending clutch 70a for transmitting the power of the longitudinally sending driven shaft 64 to a longitudinally seedling-sending belt 61 of the neighboring seedling-carrying part 25b, and cutting the transmission are divided to both lateral sides of the one-way clutch 63, and attached to the longitudinally seedling-sending shaft 62 so as to be adjacent to the one-way clutch 63.
