PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture medium for Agaricus blasei enabling excellent growth of Agaricus blasei hyphae so as to be usable as raw material for Agaricus blasei products even when using spawns comprising artificially cultivated hyphae as the raw material for the Agaricus blasei products. SOLUTION: The culture medium for Agaricus blasei is prepared for cultivating Agaricus blasei, and made of crushed bamboo material 12 as at least one of culture medium material 10. The bamboo material 12 may be fresh bamboo, and salt (salt water 20) may be added to the culture medium material 10. When the culture medium comprises such one as to be crushed together with the cultivated Agaricus blasei hyphae into powdery products, crushed bagasse 11 may be used as the culture medium material 10 in addition to the salt.
