<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming apparatus, which stores log information of each division by job, recognizes the log information by division name, even if only the division name is changed without change of the division code and reduces the size of data. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a means which stores division information newly registered in a division information storing part and stores the division information in the division information history storing part, when the division information is newly registered; and a means which updates the division information by conducting increment for a division name alteration number in the corresponding division information, in the division information storing part and changing the division name in the division information, and which stores the updated division information in the division information history storing part, when the division name is edited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
