<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search an adequate medium for an information transmitter who intends to execute publicity. <P>SOLUTION: In a public intercession system, a storage part 12 stores: a medium information analysis registration program 121, which stores the attribute information of medium information inputted by a medium provider, in a medium information DB 151; a transmission information analysis registration program 123, which stores the attribute information of transmission information inputted by an information transmitter, in a transmission information DB 154; and a matching-and-transmission information processing program 122 that searches the attribute information of the medium information which accords partially or totally with the attribute information of the transmission information based on the attribute information of the medium information stored in the medium information DB 151 and the attribute information of the transmission information stored in the transmission information DB 154.
