<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve electromagnetic wave efficiency and to reduce the cost of a radio frequency ID tag. <P>SOLUTION: In the radio frequency ID tag, an IC chip module and an antenna coil are stuck to an adhesive tape and the starting end and terminating end of the antenna coil are welded to the IC chip module. Also, a manufacturing device is provided with an antenna coil formation means, a solder machine, and a main body formation means. Further, in a manufacturing method, the IC chip module is stuck to the adhesive tape, the antenna coil of a narrow width is formed by winding a conductive wire around a pin part while rotating and moving a pedestal part back and forth, the antenna coil is stuck to the adhesive tape after canceling the rotating function of a pedestal part moving means, and the starting end and the terminating end of the antenna coil are welded to the IC chip module. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
