PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure of a display panel which is sufficiently adaptive to use states of the attitude of a user, an installation place of the display panel, etc., and realizes stability and space saving effect. SOLUTION: Provided is a stand 2 supporting the display panel 1 which has a screen part 11 and a frame part 12 fitted to the screen part 11. The stand 2 is equipped with a slide part 21 which is provided in a vertically slidable state to a lower half part of the frame part 12 on the reverse surface of the display panel 1, a rear support part 23 which is provided rotatably around a 1st horizontal shaft 21 provided on the slide part 21 and stops the display panel 1 from slanting backward, and a front support part 25 which is provided rotatably around a 2nd horizontal shaft 24 provided on the slide part 21 and can protrudes forward as the slide part 21 slides down to stop the display panel 1 from slanting forward.
