PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof pan for a bathroom floor ensuring excellent draining property even if forming a washing place with a horizontal surface, to eliminate such a situation that water drops of drain remain even on the following day. SOLUTION: A water permeable layer 2 with a horizontal upper face is provided on a bottom face part 12 of a waterproof pan body 1 with a bottom face part 12 formed with a downward gradient toward a drain port 13, to drain water on the washing place by the cooperation of water permeation of the water permeable layer 2 and flowing-down on the bottom face with the downward gradient. The water permeable layer 2 is formed by placing a kneaded material of chips and a binder. The cost can be reduced by using recycled chips. With a change in the material of chips, the color tone of the waterproof pan for the floor can be changed, heat insulating property can be enhanced, or the water permeable layer can be crushed to facilitate reforming and repairing.
