PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable composite which can laminate a film and a nonwoven fabric only by thermocompression bonding without using an adhesive. SOLUTION: A biodegradable nonwoven fabric and a biodegradable film are thermocompression-bonded to each other. The film is formed from a material selected from a mixture (i) of polylactic acid, an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester having Tg of 0°C or below, a plasticizer, and an inorganic filler, a mixture (ii) of an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester having Tg of 0°C or below and an inorganic filler, a mixture (iii) of polylactic acid and a plasticizer, and a mixture (iv) of polylactic acid and an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester having Tg of 0°C or below. The nonwoven fabric is formed from fibers which contain a polylactic acid component and have a descending temperature crystallization temperature of 90-110°C when subjected to a differential thermal analysis at a descending temperature speed of 10°C/min after being melted at an ascending temperature speed of 10°C/min and a heat amount of crystallization of at least 10 J/g.
