PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor stabilized in baseline during measurement in a method of analyzing an interaction between biomolecules using the biosensor. SOLUTION: The biosensor comprises a substrate coated with a film having a swelling degree ratio of 1-5 in pure water of 25°C to a film thickness in a dry state.
