PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric equipment attaching structure which can effectively suit to a number of types of electric equipment, and by which the attaching/detaching mechanism of a rail can be obtained inexpensively and electric equipment can be removed safely from the rail with high workability. SOLUTION: This electric equipment attaching structure is provided with a fitting 1 composed of a back plate 5 which works as an attaching plate attached and fixed to the main body 2 of electric equipment, a vertically movable slider 6 attached to the back plate 5, and a spring 7 which works as an elastic member for energizing the slider 6 upward. The main body 2 of the electric equipment is attached to the rail 3, while the rail 3 is engaged with and supported by the back plate 5 and the slider 6.
