PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a plurality of ring buffers which are separately controllable without increasing the number of memories to be used for ring buffers or changing a connection status and to secure longer delay amount. SOLUTION: The memory space of an external memory 3 is split into two split storage areas to form an upper area 31 and a lower area 32 with predetermined data width. The address of the memory space of the external memory 3 is used as the address of each of the split storage areas so that the upper area 31 and the lower area 32 can be used for independent ring buffers.
