PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a textile structure presenting exothermic tendency on moisture absorption, doubling as blood circulation promoting effect attributable to a thermal sense-stimulating substance, raising the temperature inside clothing in wearing a garment or the like, particularly in winter, and also having good thermal insulation effect at a rest. SOLUTION: The textile structure having thermal insulation effect comprises a material having moisture-absorbing/releasing tendency.
