PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side sunshade transmitting low energy to a driver or a passenger even if a lateral collision is applied to a door fitted with the side sunshade. SOLUTION: The side sunshade 1 is composed of a screen 6 covering a window pane 13 from inside a vehicle and a bobbin 5 which is accommodated inside the door 2 and on which the screen 6 is wound, wherein a plurality of buckling inducing parts having low strength are provided in places on the bobbin 5 in a longitudinal arrangement, and by buckling the buckling inducing part, the transmission of collisional energy to the driver/passenger is reduced in the case a lateral collision is applied to the door 2 in which the side sunshade 1 is accommodated.
