PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary collision preventive device for an automobile capable of preventing the tail of a booster device installed at the front of the cabin or a pedal from making secondary collision with the driver when the automobile undergoes a collision. SOLUTION: The automobile whereto the invention applies is equipped with a front panel 3 to form the front face of the cabin 2, a left and a right front pillar 4, 4 installed at the front of the cabin 2 in a position behind the front panel 3, a bracket 16 supported by the front panel 3, and brake booster device 22 supported by the bracket 16 in such a way as protruding backward from the bracket 16.
