PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure of a vehicle enabling both of the arrangement of a plurality of lines of seats (especially seats in a third line) even in a vehicle with a compact longitudinal length and the riding comfort of an occupant of the seat, getting on and off from a rear gate side, and improving a getting-on/off property of a rear line seat by recessing a rear floor panel at a rear part of a front line seat downward to form a recess, releasing the rear end of the recess outward a compartment to form a releasing part, installing a rear gate covering the releasing part so as to be openable and closable, and providing a rear line seat used in a top space of the recess on the inner side of the compartment of the rear gate. SOLUTION: In this seat structure of a vehicle, a plurality of lines of seats 13, 14 and 15 are provided on a floor panel 4 longitudinally. A rear floor panel 5 at the rear part of a front line seat 13 is recessed downward to form a recess 6, and the rear end of the recess 6 is released in the outward direction of the compartment to form a releasing part. Rear gates 27, 28 are provided for covering the releasing part so as to be openable and closable, and a rear line seat 15 used in a top space of the recess 6 is provided inside a compartment of the rear gate 28.
