The aging socket (100) includes an electrode support (110) having stem-pin connecting section (112) provided with stem-pin connecting holes (111) at its center into which stem pins of a CRT are inserted. The stem connecting pins (120) are connected to respective connection holes at periphery of support. A socket cover (130) having an external terminal wire receiving section (131), is connected to support.
