The invention relates to electric engineering and can be used for power supply modules. Said invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency factor, the admissible positive temperature for a converter body and the stability of output parameters. The technical result is achieved by using magnetic reversal energy while switching off a switching transistor and by simultaneously using two matched feedback couplings which ensure the switching transistor control in such a way that it is closed to the optimal control. Said feedback couplings are matched in a current mode from the converter output and in a voltage mode directly through the converter circuit.
