<p>The present invention allows a seat cover to be integrally formed with a transmission unit for transmitting a user detection signal in the form of radio signal in a seat cover to facilitate an assembling process and achieve aesthetic appearance, and adopts a radio transmission/receiving mode in which a receiving sensor receives a radio signal from the transmission unit to minimize/receiving error rates originated from line noises in order to prevent erroneous operations as well as leakage and short circuit, thereby improving the reliability of a product. Further, the invention is adapted to supply power if the indoor brightness is at a predetermined value or more but stops power supply if the indoor brightness is the predetermined value or less to prolong the life of a battery, and examines the consumed capacity of the battery to inform the battery replacement time through a voice signal if the remaining capacity is less than a predetermined level so as to facilitate maintenance. The water closet also has a manual lever to be pulled to prevent unnecessary drainage of water through habitual depression of the lever by a user, thereby maximizing the water saving effect.</p> |
