摘要

A surface-treating agent which comprises a fluoropolymer comprising (A) repeating units derived from a fluoromonomer represented by the formula (I) (B) a structural unit derived from a monomer containing no fluorine atom, an d (C) a structural unit derived from a crosslinking monomer as an optional uni t. The surface-treating agent is excellent in water repellency, oil repellency, and unsusceptibility to fouling even when the side chains are C4 or lower fluoroalkyl groups.
