<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microlens array (MLA) type light guide plate 1 of dissimilar lenses, a mold (split mold 18) for molding the light guide plate and a method for processing the mold 18 for molding the light guide plate. <P>SOLUTION: First, a slant resist film 9 is formed by cutting a coating resist film 7 on a silicon base 6 and the slant resist film 9 is exposed and developed with a mask 10 put thereon. Thereby a slant resist film forming part 12 having a required thickness is formed on the silicon base 6. Next, the resist film forming part 12 and a non-resist-film-forming part 13 are subjected to dry etching 14. Thereby a projecting part 15 corresponding to the light guide plate 1 is formed on the silicon base 6 and a master 16 is prepared. The master 16 is electroformed with nickel and the silicon base 6 is removed by melting. Thereby an electroformed mold 17 (the split mold 18) is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
