<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for arranging a staff in charge of an actor and also a method for compensating a deficit that arrangement is not completed, in order to temporarily or normally utilizing an existing person as the staff in charge of the the actor, so as to obtain reality in the fictional setting of an event to be provided by an event providing system. <P>SOLUTION: The event providing system utilizes the staff 5 in charge of the actor playing a fictional character as a part of the event. The deficit that the staff 5 is not arranged is made up by prepared pick-up image information. The pickup image information is the image information which is obtained by previously imaging the acting performance of the staff 5 in charge of the actor playing the fictional character in response to an acting script including performance contents being the same as script information to be transmitted to the staff 5 via a staff terminal 6.
