PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new heavy-draft rolling mechanism, concerning reinforcement of an annular range in a metallic machining piece receiving a fillet of a crank shaft and another high stress load and finishing. SOLUTION: The upper machining tool 20 composed of two part pieces includes first and second body members 22, 24 having mirror symmetry. The body members 22, 24 have a plurality of through holes 28. One 22 of both body members has a plurality of long and narrow slots 26 shaped in circle at one end. The other body member 24 has a plurality of fastening tools, a columnar member, and a dowel 30. These extend from a surface of the body member 24, and engage with the long and narrow slot 26 of the opposite body member 22. The body members 22, 24 have a rectangular recessed part at one end, and a plurality of pockets or hollows in an inner surface portion.
