PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the difference between demodulated I signals and Q signals in a short time to improve a receiving device in receiving performance. SOLUTION: In the receiving device 100, one of the input terminals of a receiving calibration high-frequency switching unit 106 is terminated so as to stop the receiving signals from being inputted into a receiving calibration receiving unit 107 and a receiving calibration demodulating unit 108. The components of the receiving calibration demodulating unit 108 to a base band unit 105 vary in part performance, and even when an observed value is affected by a variation in part performance or even when there is a DC voltage offset between the demodulated I signals and the Q signals, the DC voltage offset is considered as zero, and the fact that the DC voltage offset is considered as zero is stored in a DC offset voltage adjustment functioning unit 110 in the base band unit 105 to adjust a DC voltage offset between the I signals and the Q signals.
