PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique enabling operations with directly looking at the description information regarding a part when a user handles any part of an object. SOLUTION: This information display device reads out the description information identified by an input signal and an identifier coordinated to the description information, and it determines whether or not the read out information should be transmitted on the basis of the read out identifier. When the device determines to transmit, it transmits the description information to a predetermined portable display terminal, and when the device determines not to transmit, it displays the description information on a display means.
