PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a pallet which is easy to extend and contract and has a sufficiently large load capacity. SOLUTION: A plurality of upper surface crosspieces 1 are placed on the upper surface of a pair of leg members, and a sliding part slidably engaging with the upper surface beams is provided on the upper surface of at least one of the leg members to form a mount board. The upper surface beams of another mount board are slidably engaged with the sliding part of the former mount board. The pallet is easy to extend and contract, and is excellent in load capacity since the leg members are placed at the center and both ends when the pallet is extended. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
